What is a client portal?

It’s like online banking, but instead of just being able to access information, you can use the portal to provide information as well. The online portal can be used instead of email to securely provide your sensitive financial information to our firm. Simply let us know what documents you are uploading to the portal, and we will take care of the rest.

Once we have prepared your tax returns, financial statements, or other financial information, we can upload your documents to your portal. In respect to our client’s privacy, we always ask our clients to request the documents they would like uploaded to the portal. You have access to your requested documents from anywhere with internet access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We require all clients to sign a portal agreement before accessing their portal for the first time. We do not upload documents to client portals without first receiving your written authorization to do so. You should read the agreement carefully below and e-sign the agreement by following the instructions on screen.

Please note that the email address you use in your signature block will be your user name for your portal. Once we have received your signed portal agreement, we will email your password to this email address.

You should change your password after logging in for the first time.
